If you need to change the date, only changes that are more than one month before the check-in date will be accepted. If the new order amount is greater than the original order amount, the additional difference will need to be paid.

Except for extended orders, in principle, changes made less than one month before the check-in date will not be accepted. If you need to reschedule, we will charge a change fee of 5,000 yen.
