- All accommodations operate on a self-check-in basis. Please fill out the guest information we send to you in advance. Two days before your check-in, we will send you a check-in guide.
- Our accommodations are strictly non-smoking, including electronic and traditional cigarettes. If needed, please use designated smoking areas nearby. Smoking inside the accommodation is strictly prohibited.
- To avoid causing disturbance to others, please keep noise levels down during the night.
- Photos are for reference only, and the actual environment may vary due to factors such as renovation and replacement of furnishings.
- ** Towel set is provided for each person for whole stay. Please use the washing machine to clean and dry in the bathroom.

If you need to change the date, only changes that are more than one month before the check-in date will be accepted. If the new order amount is greater than the original order amount, the additional difference will need to be paid.
Except for extended orders, in principle, changes made less than one month before the check-in date will not be accepted. If you need to reschedule, we will charge a change fee of 5,000 yen. If the new order amount is greater than the original order amount, the difference will need to be paid. **Each order can only be rescheduled once**
If you cancel your reservation due to travel or other arrangements, please be sure to request the cancellation or change with the person more than one month before your check-in date.
