- All accommodations operate on a self-check-in basis. Please fill out the guest information we send to you in advance. Two days before your check-in, we will send you a check-in guide.
- Our accommodations are strictly non-smoking, including electronic and traditional cigarettes. If needed, please use designated smoking areas nearby. Smoking inside the accommodation is strictly prohibited.
- To avoid causing disturbance to others, please keep noise levels down during the night.
- Photos are for reference only, and the actual environment may vary due to factors such as renovation and replacement of furnishings.
- ** Towel set is provided for each person for whole stay. Please use the washing machine to clean and dry in the bathroom.

- Cancel & Change Policy

- チェックイン日まで30日未満の場合 – 返金不可
- 延長予約を除き、チェックイン日まで1か月を切ってからの変更は原則として受け付けておりません。日程変更が必要な場合、5,000円の変更手数料がかかります。新しい予約金額が元の予約金額を超える場合は、差額をお支払いいただきます。1つの予約につき、日程変更は1回限りです。
- お客様のご都合で予約のキャンセルが必要な場合は、チェックイン日まで1か月以上の期間をもって、必ず担当者にキャンセルまたは変更のご依頼をお願いいたします。
